Hands on cooking workshops
Workshops are a great way to stay on track with your nutritional programme through the support and motivation a group can provide.
Many of my clients and I think that a lot of people find it challenging to make vegetables and salads appetising and interesting. For this reason I am now offering workshops for hands on preparation and cooking of plant food and vegan dishes.
I love sharing my passion and enthusiasm for preparation and cooking with anyone who wants to learn. My aim is to inspire you to want to be more creative with plant foods and for you to eat more of them. These workshops feel like a very natural extension to my nutrition consultation during which I ask my clients to make changes to their diet often quite significant changes. I now want to offer some guidance with making vegetables both tasty AND nourishing! It seems like the next logical step to me.

How I have helped
“I have had the pleasure of attending a couple of Tracey’s cooking sessions in her lovely home. They are such fun and I find Tracey’s welcoming, friendly approach really helps everyone feel at ease and creates a relaxed, yet productive atmosphere.
The delicious meals Tracey puts together are healthy, incredibly tasty but also the kind of meal I can then recreate at home. Tracey’s knowledge of nutrition is amazing and she will explain things in a practical, accessible way.
The best part of the session is being able to sit and eat around the table after having created something special together. It somehow makes food even tastier when you get to share the experience with others. I would highly recommend Tracey’s cooking sessions – she is a master at what she does and has a real passion for health & nutrition which comes across each time.”
“Cooking with Tracey was an incredible and eye-opening experience. The workshop not only taught me how to prepare meals tailored to support my health during perimenopause and menopause, but it also gave me a deeper understanding of how nutrition can truly impact my well-being during these transitions. The recipes were easy to follow, and the way you explained the benefits of each ingredient made the cooking process both enjoyable and educational.
What made the experience even more special was the communal aspect of eating together afterward. Sitting down to share the meal in such a supportive and open environment helped reinforce everything I learned, and it created a real sense of connection. It wasn’t just about cooking; it was about feeling understood and supported through a holistic approach to health. I left feeling empowered, both in the kitchen and in my ability to take care of my body. I would recommend this to anyone looking to nurture their health in a meaningful and delicious way!”
“Tracey brings her passion for food and extensive knowledge to these cookery sessions. With an informal yet professional style, she explains the benefits of the ingredients and lets us prepare the dishes ourselves under her supervision so we know we can do it at home! Tracey provided clear answers to our questions and in advance of the session, we were sent the recipes so knew what we would be cooking and sampling. The food was absolutely delicious and packed full of goodness . Thank you Tracey for sharing your expertise in such a fun and enthusiastic way; you have reignited my determination to have a healthy and wholesome diet.”
I feel like the thyroid cooking workshop was such a reparative and restorative experience because cooking has become functional and stressful with having kids. I felt held, led and creative in a really soothing and creative environment. I was able to take in the theory because I felt it was supportive to my body; it was relaxing. You are a lovely leader / teacher. I’m very excited about these workshops and the topics feel good.
